REFURB AND WARRANTY RETURNS

We offer a fixed price refurbishment on LYNX Headsets and Interface products which guarantee the product will be repaired and restored to working order. This service consists of but is not limited to the following procedures.

  • Full product diagnosis and repair
  • Ear seal kit and wind shield replacement
  • Wiring serviced
  • Other replacement parts if damaged
  • Connection lead check and replacement
  • Volume control check and replacement
  • Speaker check and replacement
  • PCB replacement if required (depending on model)

 

G3 headset battery replacement in out of warranty headsets is no longer offered as the associated labour and material costs make this service uneconomical for our customers. Instead, we offer an In Line Battery solution (M050). Please contact us to find out more.
