IMPORTANT:

Repairs from outside the European Union

When sending items for repair from outside the European Union, please complete the Service and Repair Returns Form and attach a copy to the outside of the package so that the ‘Customs Declaration’ is clearly visible.

When sending items for repair from outside the European Union it is extremely important to mark the value on the carrier’s customs documentation as ‘zero’.

If a large value is entered on the carrier’s customs documentation the UK government will charge import duty and purchase tax (at twenty percent) when the shipment arrives in the UK. In this situation we will not be able to accept the shipment and it will be held by customs and returned undelivered.

Whilst you must enter the customs value as ‘zero’ you can still enter a separate value for insurance.
